As a boutique brokerage that specializes in new development and new construction, we work closely with builders, developers, and buyers across affordable, market-rate, and luxury segments.

We’re currently preparing to launch several new residential communities—and we're looking to add two, motivated buyer’s agents to our close-knit team.

This is not a mass hiring push. We’re intentionally seeking agents who are ready to deepen their craft in a specialized niche and grow with a company that values collaboration, transparency, and expert-level service.
