Now, the final chapter of the original Ward Village master plan is approaching.

Mahana Ward Village is expected to become the 14th and final residential tower developed under that original plan, marking an important milestone for one of Honolulu’s most closely followed master-planned communities.
Planned for the corner of Ward Avenue and Halekauwila Street, Mahana will occupy a prominent location near Victoria Ward Park and the future Kūkuluaeʻo Skyline station.
Mahana Presales Are Expected Soon
Based on current guidance shared with ONE Pacific, the formal public announcement and beginning of Mahana presales may occur within the next 30 days.
As with any new-development release, the timing remains subject to change until it is officially confirmed by the developer.
Although public presales have not yet begun, limited project presentations are currently being conducted by appointment for interested buyers working with real estate professionals who are actively following the release.
This early period can be especially valuable. It allows prospective buyers to begin learning about the project, discuss their housing goals and prepare before the broader public announcement generates additional interest.
