Published in today’s 10/30/25 newspaper, the full-page announcement by Kakaako Block C LLC, an affiliate of Stanford Carr Development, marks a major milestone for one of Honolulu’s most talked-about new communities.

Now Accepting Qualified Resident Applications
A total of 737 residences will be offered at Kahuina — including 341 market-priced units, all of which will be sold fee simple. Interested buyers who meet the requirements of a Qualified Resident under Hawaii’s HRS Chapter 201H may now submit their application to reserve a home.

3-Bedroom Residences from $1,295,000

 

Completed Qualified Resident Affidavits must be by 5:00 PM on December 31st, 2025. Unit selection will take place on a first-come, first-served basis from the reservation list.
