3. Be domiciled in the State of Hawaii and have a bona fide intent to physically reside in the Affordable Housing unit as an owner-occupant for the duration of the restriction period;
4. Total gross household income does not exceed the unit’s designated income limit;
5. Total net available household asset does not exceed the purchase price of the unit;
6. Be a person or household member who, either oneself or together or with a household member, do not own or have not owned for three years prior to this application, a majority interest in fee simple or leasehold lands suitable for dwelling purposes; and
7. Not be a person who has previously received assistance under a program designed and implemented by any State or county agency to assist persons to purchase affordable housing units.
These units will be made available to any approved “qualified resident” without regard to race, sex, color, religion, marital status, familial status, age, or human immunodeficiency virus infection. 1/13/25 - CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We’re excited to share the latest construction updates for The Park on Keeaumoku as we continue to make steady progress across all buildings.
Structural concrete work for the mid-rise commercial building is now complete, while concrete work for the residential amenity deck is now underway, marking an exciting phase for future residents. Over in Liona Tower, units have been finished up to Floor 41, with work on the residential corridors progressing smoothly. Similarly, in Rycroft Tower, units are completed up to Floor 37, and corridor work is advancing.
This week, the construction hoists—essential for transporting materials and workers up and down the buildings—will be removed. This is a major milestone, as both Liona and Rycroft towers have now reached their full structural height while the residential unit finishes are nearing the completion of installation.
