The First Key Pickup Event at Ulana Ward Village: A Celebration Years in the Making

Once inside, the Home Services Team took the lead, welcoming each new homeowner and walking them through the essentials:

• Distribution of keys and fobs

• Review of product manuals, warranties, and key building contacts

• Guidance on inspection report follow-up and renovation request procedures

Each new resident also received an Ulana tote bag filled with a branded outdoor blanket, the official homeowner’s manual, and a selection of refreshments — including bottled water, juice, and locally flavored popcorn.
