The recent proliferation of new development projects on Oahu, has many Buyers seeking information about upcoming projects prior to the public announcement. With the perpetual housing shortage, more and more eager hopefuls are looking towards new construction. The process from application to lottery, and then contract signing all the way to final loan approval and walkthrough, can take up to 3 years or more, depending on the project.
