Applications must be submitted in person to the Koa Ridge Sales Office by the deadline. Don’t wait — timing is critical.

🏘 What’s Available in Phase I

The first release includes a mix of floor plans with the following features:

• 1-Bedroom Units starting at $477,500

• 2-Bedroom Units starting at $565,000

• 3-Bedroom Units starting at $635,000

• All units come with 2 assigned parking stalls

• Minimum occupancy requirements apply (e.g., 2–5 persons for 2-bedrooms)

✅ Who Qualifies?

This first release is only available to Eligible Owner-Occupants who meet the DPP Affordable Housing Program guidelines, which include:

• Hawaii residency

• U.S. citizen or resident alien

• First-time homebuyer or meet exception

• Meet income and asset limits (up to 120% AMI)

• Will live in the unit as a primary residence for 10 years

You must also submit a completed application packet, which includes:

• DPP eligibility affidavit

• Affidavit of intent to purchase and reside

• Lender pre-approval

• Supporting documents
