Ulana Ward Village: Third Bulk Signing Event Marks Another Milestone for Future Homeowners

It was another exciting weekend at Ward Village as Ulana held its third bulk signing event at the IBM Building — one of the final steps before buyers officially close on their new homes.

The event was expertly coordinated by Senior Project Officer Janet Nelson and the Title Guaranty Escrow mobile notary team, who ran a tight ship with signings that were both efficient and pleasant. Loan officers were on hand to review and explain key documents, helping buyers feel confident and informed throughout the process.

With the entire Ulana building comprised of first-time homeowners, it was wonderful to see several agents present to guide and celebrate alongside their clients — something the ONE Pacific Realty team always makes a point to do.

Afterwards, buyers took a moment to admire the architectural model of Ulana and the surrounding Ward Village developments, which has evolved significantly since the initial lottery three years ago.
